Leftover Chicken Avocado Salad

Ingredients

shredded cooked chicken

extra virgin olive oil

fresh squeezed lime juice

black pepper

fresh chopped cilantro

salsa

ripe avocado, chopped

black beans

Instructions
Whisk olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper.
Then add chicken, cilantro, and salsa.
Fold in avocado, black beans, and corn.
Serve with tortilla chips, mixed greens, and/or rice.
