Start the new year with smoothies! Looking for a delicious way to add more veggies and fruit to your diet? Join us as we discuss the benefits of smoothies and taste test a variety of smoothie recipes – both non-dairy and dairy options available. Participants will make and take home 3 smoothies to enjoy later. All diets/preferences can be accommodated.

Register thru the Cupertino Recreation Center.
Class utilizes the Kitchen at the Cupertino Senior Center.
Class fee: $40 (Cupertino Residents)/$48 (non-residents).
Material fee: $15 due to instructor.
